This bracelet will fit a 9 inch wrist size ( Extra Large) An average wrist size for Men is 9 inches.

The bracelet itself is approximately 7 1/4 Inches from end to end leaving about an  1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inch gap on the underneath part of the wrist allowing it to slide on and off.

The 1 1/2 to 1  3/4 inch gap  is proper for a comfort fit although there is some room for adjustment by bending it shut or pulling it open for a custom fit.
